The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fraud professional to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and mitigating fraud risks for our clients and managing the client relationships. Your work will be vital in maintaining the trust of our customers and ensuring the integrity of the financial systems we serve. What You'll DoBe a subject matter expert across all areas of AML/CTF including but not limited to onboarding, KYC/KYB, Screening, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, Investigations, and Suspicious Matter ReportingEngage with key stakeholders to develop and uplift AML/CTF processesOwn AML/CTF policies and provide guidance to support development of underlying procedures, training materials, checklists and other artefactsProvide compliance advice for new product development and material product changes, including risk and impact assessmentsBe responsible for the development, socialisation, and management of strategic roadmap for AML/CTF activitiesBe responsible for vendor relationships in relation to AML/CTF mattersSupport execution and documentation of AML/CTF controlsPrepare internal and client reporting and monitor and report on key AML/CTF metricsSupport audits, reviews, and other requests from independent Who Are YouBachelor's degree in finance, criminology, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.Experience working in a financial institution or organisation focused on financial servicesProven experience in fraud policy within the banking industry or a related sector.Familiar with fraud regulatory and compliance environment.Familiar with tooling and software supporting financial crime and fraud operations (e.g., transaction monitoring systems, identity verification services, fraud monitoring tools).A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryEarly-stage ESOP12 weeks paid parental leaveMonthly wellness allowanceApplication process: If this sounds like the kind of opportunity you've been looking for, select the 'Apply Now' button below to submit your cover letter and resume.
