We are seeking highly inquisitive Fraud Investigators to join our Digital Identity Fraud Investigation team within Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.
As a Fraud Investigator, you'll conduct thorough investigations into allegations of digital identity fraud and identity compromise. You'll provide advice in relation to investigation strategies and liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the Australian Government Digital Identity System. You'll provide support to assist individuals that have had their digital identity compromised.
You will lead investigations and contribute to the development of staff capability through training and mentoring.
You will effectively manage relationships to resolve complex and sensitive issues and foster a high morale workplace built on a culture of teamwork, camaraderie, and selflessness.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Melbourne CBD or Penrith.
