What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone to join our team as Supervisor Building Services. You'll be responsible for planning and supervising our works programs and overseeing day to day construction and maintenance work.
What Your Day Will Look Like Overseeing the allocation of staff and resources Providing technical advice to team leaders and trades people Ensuring works are completed in accordance with relevant plans and programs of work Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets Preparing quotes and estimates for building and maintenance projects What You'll Need For Success
You'll utilise your supervisory background to guide, mentor and coach staff on a range of construction and maintenance techniques and processes. You'll have experience in allocating resources including plant, equipment, and staff and will be able to accurately prepare estimates.
You'll Have Excellent communications skills with the ability to filter information appropriately Experience managing staff including addressing performance issues Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety as it relates to this role Benefits of Working with Council
