What we are looking for: We're looking for someone to join our team as Supervisor Building Services. You'll be responsible for planning and supervising our works programs and overseeing day-to-day construction and maintenance work.
What your day will look like: Overseeing the allocation of staff and resources Providing technical advice to team leaders and tradespeople Ensuring works are completed in accordance with relevant plans and programs of work Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets Preparing quotes and estimates for building and maintenance projects You'll utilise your supervisory background to guide, mentor, and coach staff on a range of construction and maintenance techniques and processes. You'll have experience in allocating resources including plant, equipment, and staff and will be able to accurately prepare estimates.
