Role As we integrate cutting-edge technology and streamline our processes, we are looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our ERP Program. In this role, you'll:
Play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our operations, leading a transformation that unifies systems, enhances productivity, and drives continuous improvement. Oversee the successful delivery of the ERP program, ensuring it aligns with our vision of a Safety-First culture and integrated technology. Lead strategic planning, project execution, vendor management, and change management processes. Work closely with leadership teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to scope. What You'll Need For Success Ideally, we are looking for someone who has it all. However, if you're a project manager but don't quite meet all the criteria, we would still like to receive your application.
Extensive experience in the management and support of an ERP Transformation Program. Highly developed people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate staff within an Information Technology and Systems environment. Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly developed communication skills, specifically: Written: policies, guidelines and reports; Interpersonal: consult, partner, negotiate and interact effectively at all levels; People management: lead, motivate, coach and work as an active team participant.
