The role:
The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator APAC is responsible for supporting stock control and inventory across the APAC region. This role embraces the importance of effective systems and processes, clear communication and strong relationships. Their attention to detail is integral in supporting sales initiatives and associated inventory-based projects. The role has a solid understanding of the virtual stock holdings across the APAC network, collaborates with the broader commercial and retail teams to facilitate internal transfers and associated stock control across the Australian concept store network. This includes the processing of timely store refills and prompt action of inventory requests.
Furthermore, they will support the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to ensure stock transfers are uploaded and processed in a timely manner across systems, software and portals. They will play an active role in processing stocktakes and investigate issues related to short-picks and no stocks.
Responsibilities:
Transfer, adjust and close stock orders within the ERP software and associated virtual locations. Ensure projected retail forecasts can be achieved through timely processing of weekly store refills, replenishments and new style drops. Support the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager in the creation of new product shells and updating of Wholesale pricing tiers and RRPs across software platforms. Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Manager and Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to facilitate transfers where required. Play an active role in investigating and resolving stock issues across APAC locations. Support the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager in facilitating stocktakes and stock checks across the concept store, fulfilment hub and warehouse locations. Foster positive working relationships across all departments. Sustain strong relationships with external suppliers including but not limited to 3PL Warehouses, Australia Post and other logistics companies. About you:
2-3 years in an inventory and/or systems related role. Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills. Self-motivation, proactivity – an entrepreneurial spirit. Shows initiative and display strategic thinking. Professional and highly organised individual. Willingness to learn Advanced Excel, Business Central, Cin7+, NuOrder, PowerBI and Shopify.
