Your New Role As the Senior e-Commerce Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping to shape and execute the strategy behind our online sales channels. From managing our Shopify Plus platform to driving data-driven decisions, this role combines technical expertise, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to deliver a seamless shopping experience and boost revenue growth.
Collaborating across teams like Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience, you'll ensure our digital presence is aligned with broader business goals. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and measurable results.
Your Day to Day Manage the Shopify Plus platform, including product uploads, pricing updates, and issue resolution. Enhance user experience (UX) through website updates to boost conversion rates and sales. Analyse performance metrics like traffic and conversion rates using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing to align ecommerce with SEM, SEO, email, and social strategies. Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimise disruptions. Conduct A/B testing to optimise design, content, and sales strategies. Stay ahead of global e-commerce trends, integrating innovations into our digital strategy. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain robust site security. What You Need Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus, with hands-on experience. Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and e-commerce marketing strategies. Skilled in analysing metrics and translating them into actionable strategies. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and e-commerce integrations. Proven ability to lead complex projects on time and within budget. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills across departments.
