Franchising Lawyer

Francom Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Lawyer to join our Queensland Franchising team.
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in franchise law, exceptional analytical abilities, and a passion for supporting business growth.This role is full-time and based at our Queensland office.Work hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm.Your key responsibilities will include:Continually developing, enforcing, and refining franchising processes.Managing breach issues and dispute resolution.Drafting and reviewing franchise disclosure and associated documentation, as well as other commercial agreements, manuals, and other ad hoc agreements.Providing legal support and advice to clients regarding marketing campaigns and being familiar with legal requirements as it pertains to advertising.Remaining up to date with developments in the law and providing legal advice, analysis, and continuing education both internally and externally on issues relevant to the Franchising Stream.Ensuring record-keeping databases are maintained and up to date.Providing input for continual process management.Providing mentorship to junior staff where required.Discharging other responsibilities and tasks as assigned to the role by the Group Director, Partner, or Head of Legal from time to time.Key Requirements:Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent.Current Practising Certificate.2 years + PQE.High level oral and written communication skills.Previous experience in Franchising (preferred).Full training provided.
