Role Description
We are looking for a Franchisee Services Administrator to join our dynamic team at Flip Out HQ in Canberra. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting franchisees across the network, coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. The role includes franchisee onboarding, maintaining effective communication, and managing backend operational tasks such as venue management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with franchisee onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring smooth integration into the Flip Out network. Handle administrative tasks related to the daily operations of HQ, including managing communications, scheduling, and documentation. Provide support with venue management systems, troubleshooting, and coordinating data management. Act as a liaison between franchisees and the head office, ensuring that queries and issues are promptly addressed. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and provide administrative support to various departments. Support executive staff with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative support, coordination, and operations management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with venue management systems (or a willingness to learn). Experience in the entertainment, fitness, or franchise industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
