The role We are seeking a highly motivated individual with customer service and consultation skills to work with franchisees in all facets of business development as well as providing them with educational support.
With full training, ongoing mentoring and support, you will work with and guide franchisees across VIC to achieve their business goals.
In this role, you will: Visit our franchise locations across Melbourne and our office located in South Melbourne.Travel interstate and locally with overnight stays.Establish and maintain trusting relationships with franchiseesMotivate franchisees to meet student enrolment, student retention and instructional goalsImplement development plans and proposals to provide support that leads to student and business growthResolve conflict and provide business solutions in consultation with the team leader and franchiseeBe a positive ambassador in the promotion of our brand!What do you need to succeed in this early career role?
