About the position - Franchise Performance ManagerJAX Tyres & Auto are seeking a Franchise Performance Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will visit stores across South Australia and Western Australia and work with our franchisees and store managers, to support reaching key performance goals, optimised profitability, and improved processes by coaching and optimising performance in line with our business model and procedures.
This role can be based in either South Australia or Western Australia.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:To increase sales productivity by improving store conversions and maximising cross and up selling opportunities through on the job guidance and leading by example.Identify and implement work practice changes on all underperforming KPIs within the business by establishing best practice and motivating the team to improve KPI performance.Observe and report events that may influence store performance, including marketing and staff activities in collaboration with Southern Operations Team.Implement and monitor any JAX system, process, and procedures.Ensure a strong professional open and honest relationship exists throughout the group by encouraging a high moralistic approach, with consistent communication.Respond immediately to a request for help from Franchisee, employees and customers.Clearly and quickly identifying any problems and assist to find solutions.About YouExperience in relevant or similar role.Strong business and financial acumen.MUST have experience in the automotive tyre industry.Ability to overcome objectives and convert issues into operational steps and ability to measure progress.Exceptional planning, organisational, execution and leadership capabilities.Sound understanding in operations of a franchise or retail business model.Understanding of levers required to operate a successful business including P&L, budget management etc.Effective communications with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Strong computer literacy and numeracy skills.Team Player.Available to travel interstate as per role requirements.Current Australian Driver's License.What we offerGenerous salary on offer.Company Uniform provided!Staff benefits and discount.Full-Time Permanent Position.Industry Leading Brand!Tools of Trade (mobile phone, laptop).Your application will include the following questions:
