This includes adhering to local legislative requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant codes of conduct for Franchisors.Key AccountabilitiesCoordinates the administration of the Franchise Partner document repository, managing policies, procedures, and process documents that support the Partner Retail Operations Model and Compliance Framework.Provide Legal and Leasing/SPDE teams with key timing and workflow information for partner contract activities.Supports the Director with communications to the Franchise network.Collaborates with Legal to ensure the Compliance Training program is effectively managed to address ongoing risks.Create minutes and document actions from the Compliance Committee meetings.Coordinate the Franchise Partner Health Check Program and Relationship Management with PKF.Coordinate the administration and minute-taking for the Franchise Feedback Forums.Partners cross functionally to ensure continued development of the Retail Management Guide.Coordinates the project workflow for the Forward Integration Process in collaboration with Finance, Legal, HR, and Retail Operations.Pivotal and professional qualifications:2+ years of equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook.Strong stakeholder engagement.Strong attention to detail & ability to perform under pressure.People oriented with the ability to build rapport & coach at all levels.Adaptable and flexible with the ability to handle complexity.Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.If you are looking for a new challenge and feel you have the relevant skills then don't miss out!
