About the Role:
Flip Out Australia, one of the country's leading indoor trampoline adventure parks, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Franchise Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the expansion of our franchise network, managing the onboarding process from initial inquiry through to the successful opening of new centres.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Franchise Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for:
Project managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new franchise partners, ensuring each new centre/store opens on time. Managing the onboarding of 15 new stores within the next 18 months. Coordinating communication between internal teams and external franchise partners. Guiding franchise partners through all stages, from inquiry to centre launch. Providing high-level support and ensuring a premium experience for franchisees. Overseeing the compliance with all processes and procedures to maintain the brand's standards and ensure a successful launch. Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in the opening of centres or retail stores (franchise experience is a plus). Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work autonomously while receiving internal and external support. Training & Support:
Comprehensive training will be provided to help the successful candidate fully understand our processes and procedures, ensuring each franchisee has a seamless and premium experience. You will also have the benefit of working from our corporate office located on Northbourne Avenue, Dickson, providing excellent working conditions and a collaborative environment.
