Bring your story, to inspire new ones.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesAs Restaurants & Bars Manager, you have management responsibility for the service provision of the food and beverage operations of the ground floor restaurant and bar, lounge areas, and in-room dining operations and the service team for these areas at Restaurant Bistrot Bisou and Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders.You are expected to lead the front of house team to become a warm, knowledgeable, and efficient team, delivering excellence in standards of service. You are required to be meticulous and consistent in your management of standards, respectful and courteous in your handling of staff, and inspirational to your team. We expect you to drive the front of house service operation, ensuring delivery of an exceptional, memorable guest experience, whilst meeting or exceeding financial targets, and assisting us in the development and growth of the business in a highly competitive market.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management; and/or minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.Proven experience as a Venue or Restaurant Manager or similar role at an equivalent venue.Working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020.Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.BenefitsWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
