We pride ourselves on a supportive, friendly environment where we work together to get the job done. Compliance is a big focus in this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders from our commercial offices (including a luxury co-working space) and residential tenancies.This is aFull-Timeoffice-based position, with responsibilities across the following key areas:Accounts Payable (including expense tracking and PO processes)Accounts ReceivableGeneral CashieringGeneral LedgerMonth End Reporting & ReconciliationsPayroll SupportGeneral Administration (ordering stationery and office supplies, mail etc).Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual ReportingIn addition, you will represent the Administration Office as a member of the WH&S and Emergency Management team, with responsibilities for completing regular workplace inspections, attending quarterly safety meetings and fulfilling your responsibilities under the Hotel's WH&S Management Plan.(requirements)Tertiary qualifications in Business/Accounting/Commerce (minimum Cert.
