The successful candidate will possess extensive prior experience in the world of finance within franchise retailing. They must possess the ability to lead and influence business owners and various stakeholders.

This includes timely collection of monthly and annual financial reports from franchise partnersCoordinate and manage the annual budget setting process for the franchise networkGeneral Conduct field visits to franchise partners as directedAssist with store handover proceduresMaintain and develop relationships between the franchisor and franchise ownersProvide or assist in the provision of training to new and existing franchise owners in relation to business management and the financial systems of the franchisePlay a lead role in representing Snooze in business handovers when stores change handsConduct induction training of new franchise partners in basics of retail management, financial management and back office proceduresAssist internal audit team in company store auditsPartner with the CFO to advise the Managing Director and General Manager Operations on any matters of financial concernTrack special projects, major projects or major changes within the Snooze systemDesign and implement audit procedures.To be considered for this role, you must have: A degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a business related fieldA working background in retail franchising, and/or specialist education in this niche business fieldAt least three-five years in a similar role preferredAn exceptional level of Excel proficiency and general IT know-howSome background in financial coding programs would be extremely useful in this roleHigh levels of English literacy and exceptional numeracy skillsThe ability to communicate at all levels, across multiple channelsHigh-level planning and organisation with a strong service approach and attention to detailThe ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively with others and contribute in a team environmentA positive can-do attitude to workPlease note the successful candidate will be required to submit a clean, current and valid national Police check as the inherent requirements of this role will include handling sensitive data.
