Job Description
Releaf Clinics is seeking a dynamic Franchise Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our franchise partners, driving operational excellence and business growth across our national clinic network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical operations, with experience in healthcare or pharmacy management. This role requires an individual who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of supporting franchisees in optimising their clinics and enhancing patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Releaf franchise partners, providing support and guidance to ensure operational success.
Manage day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve franchise performance and drive profitability.
Collaborate with franchisees on optimising clinic operations, patient care, and product offerings.
Lead training and onboarding programs for new franchisees and their staff.
AnalySe franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and growth.
Assist franchisees in addressing challenges, resolving issues, and implementing best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to foster a positive partnership and long-term success.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in an operational medical executive role, with a strong preference for candidates with a pharmacy background.
Proven track record in managing franchise or multi-site healthcare operations.
Strong understanding of medical operations, including patient care and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchises across various locations.
Experience in the medicinal cannabis or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
