About You: We're looking for a highly experienced and technically adept Head of Product to join our team. This role will work directly with the CEO to define and execute our product vision while also bridging technical teams, design, and, as always, managing priorities. You are a natural leader who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, and can translate vision into actionable plans.
In this role, you'll need to bring strong technical expertise and an ability to align cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that the entire organisation stays on track to achieve our ambitious roadmap.
In this role, you will: Partner closely with the CEO to define and refine the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Engage closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive understanding of product plans, user requirements, and technical prerequisites, whilst providing transparent and succinct updates on project status, key milestones, and potential risks.
Craft and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs. Translate abstract concepts into well-defined user stories and features.
Advocate relentlessly for an intuitive and seamless user experience, collaborating closely with designers to maintain a cohesive design language and user-centric approach.
Stay well-versed in the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to fuel our product's competitive edge and foster ongoing innovation. Your experience and knowledge: Strong product experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
Deep technical expertise, with the ability to bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution.
Proven track record of defining and delivering SaaS products (including mobile & web-based apps).
Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and inspire teams at all levels.
A strong analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to make informed decisions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering on ambitious timelines.
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of a startup environment, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward.
