The FP&A Analyst role forms part of the Finance team and will play a critical role in providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to drive business performance.
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for: Developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analysing financial performance and variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.Collaborating with department heads to gather and analyse financial data.Assisting in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking financial metrics.Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Experience with data visualisation tools (ie. Power BI).Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Only those candidates chosen to progress will be contacted.
