ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an industry leader who is seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its finance team. This role is pivotal in driving the financial health and strategic decision-making processes across the organisation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The FP&A Manager will collaborate closely with senior members of the Finance Team, providing expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This includes developing detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators to support business objectives. The role also requires managing monthly reporting, creating ad-hoc reports, and offering insights into contract and customer profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the compilation of annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts. Ensure robust forecasting models are in place, adapting them to reflect key business drivers. Develop and monitor KPIs to align with strategic goals and track financial performance. Identify, articulate, and assess forecast risks and opportunities. Use SAP for reporting, designing metrics, and building dashboards that give actionable insights into business performance. Ensure efficient, accurate reporting through structured budget and forecast inputs. Provide clear, finance-focused presentations to enable rapid, informed decision-making. Work on ad-hoc financial reports and support performance analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain effective financial controls. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA accreditation is preferred. Extensive financial experience, ideally within fast-paced environments. Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with SAP for reporting and dashboard creation. Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
