Job Description Prepare and submit regional financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including analysis of Actuals against BudgetSupport the country finance teams in completing all required monthly submissions, including KPI reporting and cash flowsAssist the country finance teams with the preparation of finance and operational reportsPrepare and maintain Excel-based models and templates for gathering budget and forecast data from the country finance teamsAssist with loading data into the budgeting system and troubleshoot system problems which may arisePrepare regular updates of regional cashflow forecastsContinuously seek to improve the planning and reporting workflow and processesProvide support for business case preparation as requiredPrepare detailed forecasts, recommendations and supporting reportsSupport the teams with rollouts of new systems / processes as needed (ex: new modules in JD Edwards or new reporting requirements)Support the strengthening and alignment of finance controls to the global standardMaintain checklists/timetables for accounting staff that define the actions and reports required The Successful Applicant Finance / Accounting professional with 4yrs+ experienceWorking towards CA/CPA or fully qualified.Advanced Excel skills with proven experience of working with large Excel based financial modelsAbility to liaise across large geographically and culturally disparate groupsUnderstanding of IFRS accountingA self-starter with the drive, determination and commitment to get things doneWell organised and good attention to detailExcellent written and verbal skills What's on Offer Excellent remuneration packageHybrid working environment.North Sydney location.Culture of promoting internallyAbility to gain exposure across a wide range of industry sectors
