The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for the provision of high quality decision support, focused on management accounting and financial analysis to drive optimal performance and decision making.
The business is looking to rely on and utilise the strengths of the finance team, with this role established with a view to be a subject matter expert.

This FP&A Analyst / Commercial Analyst is also tasked with adding value through developing robust forecasts and analysis on performance (financial & operational KPI's).
Monthly management reporting
Co-ordination of quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with budget holders, summarising performance, and delivering variance analysis to aid decision making
Development and implementation of performance based KPI insights, based on operational and financial performance across the group
Assist with business case preparation and delivering on new business projects
Enhance and identify process improvements and system enhancements (ERP & Power BI)
The Candidate
This organisation requires a CA/CPA qualified accountant with proven experience in a commercial finance function as a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or Commercial Analyst.
This position aligns perfectly to a long term career focused on management accounting, FP&A, and business intelligence.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, demonstrating effective time management, and possessing capable communication ability.
Experience with large ERP systems and Power BI is highly beneficial.
This role is based in the inner suburbs of North Brisbane, with easy access via the M1.
