Fp&A Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst who can hit the ground running.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand key departmental drivers, conduct meetings at least quarterly to review financial position and provide insights.
Prepare & communicate monthly department/business unit performance reports for allocated stakeholder group, proactively identifying and recommending cost saving and Profit improvement opportunities.
Challenge stakeholders on deviations to budget, ensuring significant variances are reported with recommendations for resolution where necessary.
Partner with inernal stakeholders to understand, analyse and control job costings.
Drive the annual budgeting/forecasting process for allocated stakeholder group.
Support Business Development analysis and modelling.
Support FP&A Manager with consolidation of forecast and budget loads into EPM and analysis of consolidation.
Work closely with the financial reporting team to ensure accuracy of general ledger.
Engage with IT Systems team to identify and implement efficiencies on existing reporting, including automation and systemization.
Assist with EPM system improvement projects.
Take lead in working with IT team for FP&A related Power BI reporting and dashboard enhancements.
