Great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team of this leading ASX listed organisation.
Job Overview A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team, responsible for the end-to-end AP function.
Key Responsibilities Processing, accurate coding and payment of invoices. Investigating any discrepancies to reconcile accounts. Assist with end of month, including accruals and prepayments. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice or payment enquiries. Adhoc support to the wider finance team. Candidate Requirements Candidates need to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
At least 3 years' experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role. Demonstrated experience with GL reconciliations. Experience using accounting software & Microsoft Excel skills are all highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An appetite for engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
