About the role: As a Sous Chef within our Kitchen, you will work closely with our Executive Chef, and take charge of our breakfast service across the Hotel in three outlets - Mode Kitchen & Bar, In-Room Dining and Lounge 32. They say that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it is certainly the busiest meal serving period in our high volume 531 room Hotel. You will ensure that each dish served is presented immaculately and is of the highest quality, whilst assisting to control food cost, portion control and wastage.
