About the roleKlaro is seeking a curious, multi-faceted designer with strong principles to lead our product, brand, and design work. Working across the full design stack, you'll own projects from start to finish.
Your role is 80% product design, collaborating with users and the team to deliver world-class experiences. The remaining 20% focuses on brand and marketing work, partnering with agencies and domain experts. While primarily a product design role, your creative voice will shape our entire design language. Examples of things you'll work on:
Product design.User discovery & research.Information architecture.UX/UI and interaction design.Brand and marketing materials.Visual design and collateral.
As an early-stage startup, this is a unique opportunity for a talented generalist to shape our entire product and brand journey. Beyond design, you'll be key in product workshops, customer support, and establishing our design culture as we scale.
