General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time
Global multinational in the BPO industry is hiring a Senior Director of Operations to join its leadership team! This position is responsible for managing operations as well as managing client expectations, new projects, and account growth.
What will you be doing? Accountable for managing operations pertaining to Australia and New Zealand clients; Accountable for managing account performance against revenue, profitability, contract metrics, and client expectations; Implement global best practices into the ANZ operations and work proactively with the global leadership team to continuously improve our ANZ operations; Proactively engage with our clients to articulate how we can co-operate to improve the customer experience or operational metrics; Work with the business development team to support new client opportunities and establish new teams to operationalize new programs; Develop, grow and maintain employee experience, capability, morale, and job satisfaction; Responsible for providing the training team with feedback and guidance to improve training outcomes; Responsible for providing the recruitment team with feedback and guidance to improve recruitment outcomes; Responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation and deployment of regional or global company initiatives within the specific accounts; What are we looking for? Demonstrate proficient understanding of CX operating models both Globally and in ANZ; Demonstrate strong and effective verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously; Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, mediation, and negotiation skills; Have the ability to develop trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders; Have 10+ years of experience in Operational leadership roles with at least 5 years of financial services experience; MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS All new employees are required to undergo and successfully pass an Australian Federal Police - National Police Check.
