Join Our Team as a Foundation to Future Course Coordinator at Saltbush! Saltbush is seeking a dedicated and culturally aware Course Coordinator to join our Foundation to Future team in Alice Springs. In this role, you will provide administration responsibility for the delivery and coordination of Foundation to Future vocational, educational and recreational activities, as well as working in a team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing employment barriers.

Primary Purpose of the Role: Saltbush Foundation to Future (F2F) is a newly established initiative tailored to provide enduring support to local Aboriginal jobseekers who require specialist engagement, employment, and career development assistance.
While the Foundation to Future overarching objective is to engage, support and retain jobseekers into long term employment and careers, this role requires an understanding of the multiple and complex employment barriers many people face.
This role includes administration responsibility for the delivery and coordination of Foundation to Future vocational, educational and recreational activities, including Saltbush portal management; the coordination of the Foundation program and management of all external service providers who deliver programs or activities during the course; and for working closely with the Foundation to Future team to ensure all programs and activities are delivered as part of a comprehensive program plan.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure success in your role as a Course Coordinator, you will:
Ensure you understand the Vision and Mission of Saltbush Foundation to Future Initiative and embody this ethos in your daily work.Ensure the smooth running of the Foundation Courses and the Saltbush Hub through working with the Program Team and under the direction of the Program Manager and Trainers daily.Quickly establish a good working relationship and rapport with all Course Participants to ensure daily attendance to Course, role model and always enforce appropriate behaviours following company standards.You will work with the Program Manager and Trainers to develop and implement processes as required, always working at least one day ahead in preparations. This will include:Advertising and Promotion of CoursesPre-Course material produced and distributedTravel for Students to and from Courses to be on time each day encouraging them to develop independence by getting to venue and home themselves using public transport or other.
