With a robust pipeline of secured projects—some exceeding $700M in value—our client is positioned for sustained growth over the next five years.

To support this strategic expansion, they are seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to join their team.
This pivotal role will focus on pre-contract operations within the Civil Operations discipline, ensuring the successful delivery of ongoing and upcoming projects.

About the Role:
This position is based at the Darwin head office, with occasional short-term travel to project sites.
The successful candidate will have significant input into the organization's bid strategies and processes, contributing to projects in government infrastructure, Defence civil works, flood mitigation and more.

Key Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in civil contracting, specifically in estimating roles within mid to top-tier construction firms in Australia.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure effective cost management and trade letting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality submission documentation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
A proactive, flexible approach, coupled with a willingness to mentor and develop emerging talent.
