Compliance: Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Australia's building standards and codes, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and mentor junior engineers and drafters to reach their full potential.
Professional Status: Holding RPEQ or NER status is highly advantageous, reflecting your professionalism and commitment to the engineering discipline.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, complemented by continuous professional development.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to articulate ideas effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
