We are looking for an experienced Director, UX Design to lead our growing Product Design / UX team, designing new features and products on our consumer grade SaaS B2B platform. This is an amazing opportunity for human-centered designers to work on our market leading, enterprise SaaS platform, used by some of the most well known brands in the world. The team will design simple, easy to use products distilled from complex business logic that utilize Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Big Data Visualizations and IoT for responsive web and mobile experiences. You will lead all aspects of product research, validation, workflow, interaction design and user testing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of UX designers, ensuring adherence to our design principles and processes Coach and mentor UX designers for their individual growth and development Collect feedback from multiple types of users and stakeholders to transform ideas and business opportunities into tangible assets that provide clear, usable, useful and desirable outcomes for users Develop data driven solutions that incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process while achieving business goals Design and conduct user testing and analyze and translate into actionable plans Collaborate with Product/Program Managers, Engineers and Designers, and teams across the organization Contribute to and help maintain the pattern library and style guide Create new designs & prototypes, including (but not limited to) high-level and/or detailed user flows, wireframes, and mockups, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Required Skills & Experience
Experience managing a team of UX designers Excellent online or shareable Portfolio that showcases high quality enterprise SaaS design for highly available desktop and mobile solutions. (Please provide any required password.) Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, User Experience, related field, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of UX design experience Experienced in communicating with engineers and advocating for designs and UX during the development process Proficiency with industry standard design tools, preferably Figma Preferred Skills & Experience
Enterprise SaaS design experience Visual Design skills UX Research skills Understanding of the B2B marketplace Experience designing for transactional systems Familiarity and comfort working with complex workflows and end to end user testing Experience creating and maintaining a design system Why Work for Us?
