Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced electrical and mechanical Project personnel to join our dynamic team in the Pilbara region. Working a 4 Days On & 3 Days Off Roster you will be able to balance all life's priorities. The role is responsible for the planning, monitoring and execution of projects in fixed plant operational areas. Roles and Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you will: Lead and execute projects in the mining sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Mentor and guide junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / Trade Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant industry experience at supervisor level). Proven experience in project execution and or management within the mining sector. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry. Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
