We are seeking a talented Paraplanner to join our dedicated team. This is a crucial role for the business' ongoing success and will focus on providing high-quality support to the Advice team and delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Financial Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing client documents and reports, including Statements of Advice and Records of Advice. Assisting Advisors with the implementation of recommendations to clients and portfolio management. Ensuring internal and external compliance requirements are met. Delivering outstanding customer service face-to-face and over the phone. Providing high-level administrative support to Advisors. About You:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Para-Planner in a modern financial planning practice setting. Tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning/Business/Commerce or similar (preferred, but not essential). An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding computer skills; experience using Xplan software essential. Experience in preparing Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documents. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong initiative and teamwork.
