Formwork Carpenter

Australian Formwork Carpenter PositionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating forms for various structures, building on-site using wood or metal frames, dismantling casts, measuring, cutting, and shaping materials, and working closely with the team to pour concrete into moulds.
Key Responsibilities:Create forms for bridges, foundations, beams, and staircasesBuild structures on site using wood or assemble metal frames made elsewhereDismantle casts without damage, allowing them to be reusedMeasure, cut, and shape wood or metal as neededWork with the team to pour concrete into mouldsVerify work for accuracyRequirements:AQF Certificate III or IV in the relevant field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in formwork carpentryHold a current OH&S White cardProficiency in reading drawings and plansAbility to use power and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and OH&S focusFull working rights in AustraliaAvailability:Available to work Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon shifts)Available to work Saturdays (morning and afternoon shifts)Benefits:Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per yearWork visa can be provided for eligible candidates
