Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Development Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of land subdivision projects across SEQ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property development, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery: Oversee all phases of land subdivision projects from initial feasibility to final delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with company objectives. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, councils, and other key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Strategic Planning: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for potential projects. Provide strategic input into project planning, design, and marketing initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage planning approvals, environmental assessments, and other regulatory requirements. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management. Analyze project performance and recommend improvements where necessary. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded. Minimum of 8 years' experience in development, with at least 3 years in land subdivision. Extensive knowledge of the property development lifecycle, particularly in land subdivisions. Strong understanding of SEQ's property markets and regulatory environment. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
