The role of loaders is to ensure trucks, as well as customer vehicles are loaded and unloaded in a safe and timely manner with no damage.
This is a permanent full time opportunity working night shift (10:00pm – 7:00am), with overtime available.
RESPONSIBILITIES Print out vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery trucks Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle Pick and pack accessories and load to the vehicles Scan and update records to load sheets General housekeeping duties Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse safely Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners ABOUT YOU Proven experience driving forklifts and hand loading vehicles Forklift License and SA Drivers license essential Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs Good communicator, both written and verbal Commitment to accuracy Basic computer literacy Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually Knowledge and/or previous experience in the manufacturing industry will be looked upon favorably, but not essential.
