About the role Team Global Express is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Mackay.
This is a Full time, Permanent role. PM Shift, starting at 2pm. Overtime is available and will be offered on a need-by-need basis. Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely. Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight. Picking and preparing runs for following day. Palletizing freight for travel where required. Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner. Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely. Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process. Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to. Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps where required. What you'll bring You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory). You will be able to work as part of a team. You will be able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required. You must have Full Rights to work in Australia. You will have a high attention towards Safety.
