Forklift Operator

Protech Mackay are looking for an experienced High Risk Forklift Operator for a seasonal position within Mackay. General work days are Monday - Friday. Previous experience in yard duties; picking and packing along with securing loads and working in a confined stocked yard with high attention to detail and safety awareness in the workplace is essential.
Essential Criteria:• Current Drivers Licence with own reliable transport• Current High Risk Forklift Licence • Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual• Must have an honest and reliable work ethic
Key Duties:• Work hours will be 6.30am - 3.00pm (roughly) • Capable of working unsupervised• Expected repetitive heavy lifting• Positive communication and interpersonal skills • Capable of following general safe practices in accordance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act
Applicants will be required to undergo a screening process along with a drug and alcohol screen prior to placement.
