We're on the lookout for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in beautiful Adelaide, where every day is an adventure! This will suit someone who enjoys a variety of fast paced tasks, energetic environments with a great dedicated and supportive team.
The Role: Hand picking and packing in a FMCG environment.RF scanningManual handling (up to 25kg).Operating a counterbalance and high reach.Efficiently load/unload trucks and shipping containers.Accurate pallet movements in high rise racking.Stock rotation.Opening truck curtains and removing gates.Ensuring accuracy with all label/dispatch.Experience of load restraint, weight distribution and COR.Truck licence highly regarded.Mon-Fri 7am-3pm; hours subject to vary; overtime as required.About You: Current LF Forklift licence.Experience of RF scanning systems.Former experience within road transport and/or warehousing.Experience loading/unloading trailers.Understanding of load restraint.Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility compliance and legislation (CoR).High safety focus.Clear understanding of workplace health and safety practices.First class attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork.What We Offer: A weekly pay cycle.Participation in the company referral reward program.Team service & recognition award programs.Free onsite parking.Paid annual flu shots.Uniform provided.Job security.Access to the confidential wellbeing program (EAP).A great supportive team environment.Career pathways with paid licence upgrades and training.To apply please submit your resume via Seek or visit the Cahill careers page at https://cahilltransport.com.au/careers/
