Forklift (High Reach) Driver Needed!

AM shift Our client, a family-owned business established in 1992, starting off small this business has grown to become a top provider of blended goods and butcher supplies.
Specializing in dry blended ingredients, rubs, sauces, herbs, and marinades, they are looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join their team.
The Role: Forklift Operator (LF Ticketed): If you're someone who enjoys a bit of spice, this role is for you.
You will: Operate an Electric Crown High Reach forklift to pick ingredients, including both full pallets and partial products.
Handle bags up to 25kg, ensuring ingredients are picked in the reverse order needed for mixing.
Split your time between forklift operation (50%) and manual handling (50%) Mix and blend raw dry goods to create a variety of products including cures, coatings, dry flavours, and meat mixes.
Consistently lift up to 10kg, with occasional lifts up to 25kg.
Follow recipe cards to ensure accurate bagging, weighing, and labelling of products.
Please note that this is a dusty environment.
(Dust masks maybe required) Hours    0700 – 1500 Monday – Thursday                0600 – 1400 Friday Requirements to be considered: 6 months of previously food production or processing experience A valid forklift ticket with a minimum 6+ months experience.
Previous Manual Pick slip experience Machine ops capabilities - weighing, batching, mixing will be highly regarded  Ability to work in a fast pace environment  Physical fit for manual handling tasks Adhere to HACCP regulations and demonstrate understanding of them  Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances Basic housekeeping tasks, including clean ups between mixes  Able to work in a team environment Own hi vis and steel capped boots required, you will be provided with hair net/beard net  (as these are Mandatory items).
