Forklift Driver / Store Person

Reporting to: Depot Manager
Purpose: Provide support to the Depot Manager to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and loading/unloading operations.
Essential Criteria: Must hold a current 'Certificate of Competency' in operations of a Forklift Truck. Freight dispatch and receivables. Experience in General Freight. Container loading/unloading. Inventory control. Quality control. General housekeeping. Co-operate, participate, contribute and work in a team environment. Assist Management with ideas for improvements. Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements. Communicate with Management on daily activities. Control traffic flow into and around warehouse. Assume responsibilities in the absence of hierarchy.
