About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse All-Rounder to join our fast-paced team. This role will involve a mix of tasks, with approximately 80% forklift driving and 20% order picking and packing. You will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, products are properly stocked, and the warehouse environment remains organised.

Key Responsibilities: Forklift Driving (80%): Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move and stack pallets, load/unload trucks, and maintain product flow.Order Picking & Packing (20%): Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring products are carefully handled and dispatched.Dispatching Orders: Ensure orders are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner.Assembly Work: Assist in any basic assembly work as required.Restocking Product Lines: Keep stock levels up to date and restock product lines as needed.Maintaining Work Area: Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organised.Following Procedures: Adhere to company processes and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Requirements: Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg regularly.Experience with forklift driving (counterbalance) is essential.Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse management systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.Why Join Us?
