Our work spans multiple locations, including *Salisbury, Beenleigh, Coopers Plains, Acacia Ridge, Parkinson, Coorparoo, Berrinba, and Yatala*. This role offers competitive compensation, including an hourly rate starting at *$30.93*, with the potential to earn more through a productivity bonus tied to container rates. Moreover, our dedication to staff retention ensures a supportive environment for long-term career progression and development opportunities.*Key Responsibilities:** Manually unloading products from shipping containers onto pallets.* Handling repetitive loads weighing up to 25kg.* Employing shrink wrap to secure palletised goods.* Operating forklifts safely to unload palletised goods using container ramps.* Utilising forklifts to affix container ramps to shipping containers.In this role, possessing the right attitude is paramount. While prior experience as a labourer or forklift operator is advantageous, we place a high value on proactive, self-motivated individuals with a can-do attitude and an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.
