Our client provides rail to road, dry freight, refrigerated and bulk freight services across Australia. They have an exciting opportunity for Forklift Operators to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Forrestfield area with AM or PM shifts available. Free onsite parking and a competitive hourly rate of $35.36 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties.
Key Responsibilities: Loading/unloading trucks, trailers, containers and rail wagons Use of counterbalance forklift (Gas 2.5T - 5T and Electric 1.8T) Restraining loads Some manual handling duties Moving of awkward/ugly freight Opportunities to work in either dry or cold storage environment Working in a safe manner Successful candidates will have: Current LF High Risk Work license Experience operating a Forklift is essential Logistics experience is advantageous Have flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required Great punctuality & time management Ability to work in fast -paced environments Rights to work within Australia If you believe you meet the above requirements and wish to become a part of the Programmed team, please hit "Apply Now" for your application to be considered.
