Forklift Driver

Dendra Market Gardens is situated in Cuprona, Tasmania, and we have been operating since 1993. Spanning over 50 acres of cultivated farmland, we specialize in growing and wholesaling fresh produce in large quantities. Our mission is straightforward: to cultivate safe and delicious produce for the enjoyment of all Australians. We are currently seeking a forklift driver to assist in the operation of our forklifts.

Roles and responsibilities of our Forklift Driver include:

• Operating a forklift to move bulk quantities of produce to designated locations within the farm and storage facility;
• Ensure all produce are stored in the correct designated places;
• Utilizing the forklift to stack and unstack items in the storage facility by adjusting the forks;
• Responsible for overseeing the forklift's operation, conducting inspections, and performing minor maintenance tasks;
• Conduct minor repairs of the forklift when necessary;
• Maintain, utilize, and organize forklifts on a daily basis;
• Identify any wear and tear or damage to equipment's;
• Drive and operate trucks from time to time.

Must have full working rights within Australia

Skills and Qualifications:

• AQF Certificate II or III or at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience:

• At least 2 years minimum experience as a forklift driver or in a related field.

Salary Offered

• 63,000 - 70,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
