Responsibilities Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for client onboarding and queries whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will be working with multiple stakeholders, providing support and insights to enhance customer and process satisfaction.
Client onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients ensuring KYC compliance.
Customer Support: Address queries in a prompt manner, related but not limited to banking, KYC and transaction monitoring.
Compliance: Ensure all FX-related activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Relationship management: Use your interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and high level of accuracy records in our systems.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve FX transactional issues and provide advice on risk identification.
Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and provide input on improving FX transaction monitoring processes.
Requirements Degree holder in any discipline, bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry is highly regarded.
Knowledge of foreign exchange markets and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer centric, hardworking, detail oriented with a can-do attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual English and Mandarin.
