About the Role We have an opportunity for a high achieving, degree-qualified professional to join our team as an IT Systems Administrator on site in our Melbourne office on a full-time basis. You will provide support for the firm's information and collaboration technologies in a purpose-built, hybrid working office to support your colleagues to fulfil their team and client requirements efficiently and effectively.
You will have input into technology requirements to support the business objectives of the organisation, and our colleagues, whilst delivering excellent customer service. We will rely on you to provide advice and support on optimising the IT experience of our firm and will seek your assistance and perspective in delivering to the information, privacy and data security requirements of our clients.
The IT Systems Support Officer, reporting to the Head of Application Development & IT, will be joining the IT team.
The role will involve the following: Provide technical on-site IT support as per defined SLA's and response timesKnowledge of DNS, DHCP, DFSR, VPN, Active Directory and GPOExperience with Microsoft Office 365 & Exchange 365Experience working on Windows 10/11 as well as with LinuxTroubleshooting and Installation of new hardwareFirewall configuration, network switches & LAN/WAN configurationExperience with AWS/AzureExperience with Microsoft IntuneStrong focus on Data SecurityAbout You You are a high achiever who has a curious mind and enjoys providing IT support.
