We are currently looking for a Forensic Schedule Lead to join our growing Contract Services team in Sydney, leading schedule claims analysis.
The leadership role is responsible for providing claims analysis assistance across our Infrastructure and Natural Resource clients.
The Contract Services team provides procurement, commercial strategy, Expert Witness and contract claims advice to the largest clients across the country.

In a Forensic Schedule Lead role, you will have knowledge in:
Experience in leading the analysis of time-based claims up or down the supply-chain, leading to successful negotiated resolution of the same. Critically analyses project and major programme performance, identifying root cause of those elements in distress. Broad experience in SCL and AACE guidelines and protocols for schedule forensic analysis. Expertise in the use of Primavera planning software. Adaptability in analysis methodology. Application of analytical methodologies to large datasets to calculate schedule delay overruns in large scale construction projects. Commercial acumen. Lead development of a strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed project or major programmes in line with Client outcomes. Critically analyse the strengths and weaknesses of Client claims and/or disputes, providing strategic advice on proceeding or amending the basis of claim. Lead the drafting of detailed expert witness reports, converting technical data into a narrative. Help with building the brand and networking to identify new clients. Provide and drive the direction of the strategic, operational and technical diagnosis of the client needs. Support client's organisation and senior management in improving their capacity to develop and deliver major projects and programs efficiently and effectively. Build a team of strong project claims analysts with your guidance and mentoring. Qualifications
Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management. Project delay analysis experience preferably gained within the construction environment or Natural Resources. A strong and demonstrable experience in providing scheduling/planning advice and an ability to manage and report directly into the client and their key stakeholder group at both project and programme level. Experience of working within a Client focused consultancy environment. Experience with building teams and business development. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels. Excellent verbal and written English with excellent report writing skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment. Additional Information
