Foreman - Tier 2 Builder - Education Project

Tier 2 builder who specialise in Education projects are looking for an experienced all round Foreman to join the business for an Education project in western Sydney.About the RoleReporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesOversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the projectCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are metProvide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentMonitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basisAct as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership rolesAbout YouYou ideally will have worked on Education projects as a Site Manager or Foreman.
