Who we're looking for: BMD's Urban division in South Australia are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our growing regional team.
The ideal candidate will be based in or around Whyalla and be open to working on a DIDO basis in the Eyre Peninsula, far-north and/or mid-north of South Australia.
As a Foreman, you will use your exceptional leadership and communication skills to build relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors.
You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Certificate III in Civil Construction extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do motivation to achieve value-for-money results to program.
You may also have the following additional desirable skills: Certificate IV Civil Supervision.
